It has been super great at the beginning until something happened to the electricity after 10 months of an amazing stay. The supervisor did her best to solve the issue but unfortunately we had to move between very small apartments in a very difficult times. Eventually I had to cut short my stay and move to different location and company all together.Also, although I understand that this company offer apartments in a short term basis they don’t have services to accommodate options for long term stay such as upgrading the internet or removing any of the furniture to make extra room for your needs. Overall, it is great company with great apartments but not for people who are looking for something to settle in for more than a year or even less.

The move in experience was very smooth. Unfortunately, after 7 months of staying there was an issue with the electricity in the apartment and I had to move to a different apartment at very short notice. The only downside is that I was not able to extend my contract after 1 year of staying in the building. Suzette the apartment manager has been very helpful since the beginning.

The location and the ambience was superb, Edwin was very helpful and supportive and extended his support to the extreme. Few things didn’t make this review hit 5 stars, one of the most bothering part was the master bedroom was having a filthy toilet smell and many toilet flies coming out from nowhere making the room unpleasant to stay. Few things that can be improved were also the two rooms AC wasn’t cooling enough and despite the coming summer season, the AC is very important.

Nice Building, cool vicinity and thanks to Saadia khan that made it all easy for me with all stuff needed and I think I will refer a lot of my friend to Paramount DAMAC whenever they step in Dubai. I love it here.

There were a lot of difficulties with apartment assignment during the check-in process. However, Mr Imran worked tirelessly over the first couple of days to rectify the problems. As a result, I extended my stay into the second week. All in all, a good stay.

I rented an apartment with Staycay for one year and overall it was a nice experience! They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early which was a big plus for me! Staff members have great attitude, helpful and always available, especially Seth which was responsive at any given time, which again, you don’t see this everywhere.

Damac in general have good apartments but... u must be lucky to find an agent to assist you and help you if if are any easuse, maybe wifi ,maybe the payment etc. I was lucky to find this yang man ,his name ABOUD.
